The defendant is charged with violating Resolution #79: Citizenship and Resolution #80: Fake Accounts by having fake nations in Kennan and on Proboards for the purpose of gaining extra votes for himself.

Protocol: The prosecuting attorney will make an accusation post, and the defendant will make a defending post. The members of the KU will vote on whether they will side with the prosecuting attorney or the defending attorney. If the defending attorney gains the majority of the votes, the trial will cease immediately. If the prosecuting attorney gains the majority of the votes, then the prosecuting attorney and the defending attorney will offer punishments. The punishment that gains the majority of votes will be enacted. Any nations may only post which side they are voting for, with no discussion. The prosecuting and defending attorneys will make the accusing/defending posts, the punishment offerings, their votes, and no more.

Hello members of the Kennan Union. In this post I will present to you the obvious and clear evidence that will prove to you that the United States of Pantorrum is guilty of creating illegal accounts on the forums and NationStates for the purpose of gaining extra votes for him self.

EVIDENCE #1: Grammatical Fingerprint
Their grammatical fingerprint matches. What is a grammatical fingerprint you may ask? A grammatical fingerprint is the level of grammar and words that individual people use, that is often unique from person to person. For example, Pantorrum frequently says "tooken" instead of "taken", something that is unique to only Pantorrum as no other nation says it, except for one other person. Daharah.

Another word they both commonly use that no one else does. Welp. No other nation in Kennan uses the word, welp. However, when Daharah came along, he appeared to have used it too.

Less specific, their overall grammar is equally poor. Both of them often do not have proper sentence structure, proper capitalization, or proper word choice. This seems to be unique to Pantorrum and Daharah.

EVIDENCE #2: IP Address
Perhaps the most compelling evidence against Pantorrum. His IP address. Every legitimate nation in Kennan has their own IP Address. This is unique to each person. The founder, Samukan, can say that both Pantorrum and Daharah use the same IP Address. This means that they always use the same computer whenever logging on. Pantorrum claims that this is because Daharah has no internet access and must go to Pantorrum's house to use the internet. In this case, his computer. However, this seems unlikely because Daharah has said that he had a TG chat with Pantorrum about something after Pantorrum was ejected from Kennan. Why would he have a TG chat with someone if he had to be in Pantorrum's house? Wouldn't he have just talked to Pantorrum face to face?

If you go back in the history, you can also see that Pantorrum and Daharah had a conversation between each other, and they answered within seconds of each other, even commenting on how fast each other was responding. This seems odd, as you could have easily talked to each other face to face. Pantorrum claims this was because he was in a different part of his "large house", but then how could he have responded so quickly? You decide.

Evidence #3: Hints
Several days ago, Pantorrum implied that he had been lying about Daharah this whole time. He said along the lines of "the truth will come out sometime..." after being accused. This clearly implies that he had been lying the whole time. Look for yourself, if he doesn't delete it before you can.

GUILTY? Definitely.

Citizens of Kennan, I intend to prove to you that there are many flaws in the theory that Daharah and I are really the same person.

First Defense
In particular regions of the United States of America, and in certain communities or even friendships, certain words develope that are unrecognized by the english language. In certain regions the word Ya'll, though officially recognized, is not used but in others it is. If more than one person use this word it does not imply them to be the same person.
In addition, friends often "rub off on each other", if you will. In many friendships, in other words, friends can influence the actions and behaviors of others. In this case, it is entirely possible that one long time friend could influence another to use certain unrecognized words.

Second Defense
Though an IP address is compelling, it is not fool proof either. As stated, Daharah has no access of his own. However he has other friends in other places who have internet access and it is entirely possible that Daharah was at this said friends house. It is not any of my fault if a nation belonging to someone else was created on my computer, and ir rarely used except in rare cases when Daharah visits my residence. This evidence is circumstantial as it does not directly prove my guilt.

Third Defense
The implication of my admitance was taken wrong as it could have been in many ways. The statement was meant to imply that the world would eventually have to see that Daharah and I were not the same people. This evidence is based on assumptions and contains no solid proof either. There is no post stating I've been lying about Daharah this entire time and that is a blatant lie within itself.

I am not guilty of the crimes I've been charged with.

I demand that all charges be dropped immediately as I have had an adequate response to every rude accusation towards me.
