WISHING to make the map and it's updates quicker and more confluent with an official mapmaker;
WANTING to incorporate a Secretary who updates the map as per the region's requests;
ALSO NOTING that updating the map would require consent from the Secretary of Administration and the Kennan populace;
Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,
- CREATES the position of the Secretary of Cartography on the Kennan Regional Council;
- ALLOTS said position to a nation who has proven themselves to be committed to updating the map on a regular basis;
- ALLOWS the Secretary to alter the map for said reasons:
- To add new nations onto the map;
- To alter a nation's shape as per the request of the respective owner to a reasonable extent;
- To re-allot permanently deleted nations' land space to vacant space reserved for new nations, and to alter their shapes to avoid confusion;
- To determine the reasonability in Clause 3.2 by discussion and the approval of the Kennan Regional Council;
- To add new nations onto the map;
- NOTES that while the majority of the updates to the Kennanite Map will be made by the Secretary of Cartography, it allows other nations who are familiar with the map system, art style & colors, and how it works to alter the map with the permission and approval of the Secretary of Cartography and the Kennan Regional Council.
