Full Title: Resolution #102: If Secretary of Elections Is Not Present

RECOGNIZING that the position of Secretary of Elections is currently empty,

FURTHER RECOGNIZING that a legal election cannot be held if there is no Secretary of Elections,

RECALLING the January-February 2014 election, in which a crisis occurred when an election was unable to be held,

DETERMINED to correct such a problem before it occurs,

Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,

1. PERMITS the Secretary of Administration to take over the duties of the Secretary of Elections if the Secretary of Elections is:
   
   1. Absent, or
      
   2. Not a position held by any nation.
