NOTING that the Kennan Recruitment Program (KRP) has been completely useless since it was founded,
RECOGNIZING that recruiting is already done by many loyal members of Kennan that have no relations with the KRP,
FURTHER RECOGNIZING that the KRP has done absolutely nothing significant towards its goals since it was created,
Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,
Voting on this resolution will end on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10:25 PM UTC.
