Hello members of the Kennan Union. Let me get to the point of my accusation. A few weeks ago, PRW, a country of Kennan agreed on Resolution #20: Liberate the People's Republic of Wilder with myself, Ethan Foley. The resolution stated, quote, "2. GRANTS Ethan Foley the ability to control the People's Republic of Wilder's actions;". The ABILITY to CONTROL the PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF WILDER'S ACTIONS. However, a few weeks ago, I, with my given control, had PRW give some land to one of my close allies. I know, this wasn't quite nice, but it was agreed upon with PRW himself that I am able to do something like that. But instead of following the rules we agreed on, he broke 3 of the 4 declarations in a Regional Law, and he has been breaking this law for several weeks now, in a row. I even said to PRW when we were agreeing on Resolution #20, "Guys, what if PRW breaks the rules" and the founder of Kennan said, "Then he will be punished". And punished he shall be.
The WA Delegate, who was elected by the majority of Kennan even said, "The law is the law." in a private chat (regarding PRW's guiltiness of breaking rules). The Founder of Kennan, and Secretary of Administration agreed as well, stating that there is legitimate evidence against PRW.
So, after safely coming to the conclusion that PRW is guilty on all charges, by not allowing TMEF to control PRW, as defined by Regional Law, and then having his puppets and main country not take the blame for PRW's actions, which is forbidden by the 5 Laws of Kennan.
I hereby request PRW and his puppets are temporarily ejected from Kennan for 7 days, he his barred from voting on a Resolution for 14 days, he makes a full apology for his crimes, and he officially gives the power as defined by Resolution #20 back to TMEF.
(FYI: My vote is that PRW is guilty)
Thank you.

Note - I'm just doing what Samukan has asked me to do. My opinion is stated at the bottom.
Greetings gentlemen. Instead of a fancy introduction, I shall get to the point. The facts are the facts, PRW has broken the agreement made with Ethan Foley. That cannot be denied. However, what is the reason that PRW left Kennan? According to my client, unair taxation and excess rules. That is the reason he fled. I shall not deny that he broke the law. But, he fled due to a partially unfair rule and according to TMEF, "A way to have a little fun." How is this fair, I ask you? The opinion is mine that PRW deserve less harsh punishment.
In short, I would like to make a compromise of an apology, and the redefinement of the agreement between these members of the KU.
(My opinion is actually this. He did break the law, but banning him temporarily is kinda harsh.)

-----It has been determined that PRW and his Puppet's are guilty on all pressed charges. This conclusion was made so soon because it is statistically impossible for PRW to be Not Guilty due to a unanimous vote. All posts below this one will be regarding the punishment of PRW. The punishment template is here:
PERMANENT BAN: YES/NO TEMPORARY BAN: YES/NO VOTING BAR: YES/NO OTHER NOTES: (e.g. The accused country must still follow Resolution #X, The accused country must give a full apology, etc.)
Once all countries have voted, the majority will rule. Thank you for your compliance-----

-----PRW, and all of his puppets have been found guilty on all charges and are subject to temporary banning for 7 days, and a bar on voting for 14 days, an official public apology, and that PRW must follow Resolution #20, and TMEF will control as much as Resolution #20 allows. If PRW and his puppets fail to follow any of terms, they will be permanently ejected from Kennan for failure to serve punishment. This decision was made after the majority of the Kennan Union voted for these punishments. Thank you or your compliance.-----
