REMEMBERING a number of incidents in Kennan’s history in which arguments ranging from bickering to war-inducing conflicts,
BELIEVING that such poor conduct leads to regional instability, abuse of members, and a poor reputation of the region as a whole,
DETERMINED to reduce the number of such occurrences and bring violators to justice,
Hereby,
1. GRANTS the World Assembly Delegate of Kennan the ability to write, publish, amend, and enforce a code of etiquette to be followed in all aspects of the Kennan region, including, but not limited to, the Regional Message Board and the offsite forums.
2. GRANTS the Secretary of Law Enforcement and the Founder the ability to enforce the aforementioned code, preferring the decisions made by the Delegate or the Secretary of Law Enforcement above those made by the Founder.
3. GRANTS the Secretary of Defense the ability to enforce the code within the parameters set by Resolution #9: Rights of Regional Secretaries.
