RECOGNIZING that the flag of Kennan may be improved with minimal changes to its fundamental design,
FURTHER RECOGNIZING that Kennan has no official seal to be used in official matters,
COMMENDING Samukan for its efforts in designing and creating a new flag and an emblem for Kennan,
Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,
1. ADOPTS the following design as the official flag of Kennan:

3. ENCOURAGES members of the Kennan region to display the flag and emblem on official documents, as well as for purposes representative of the Kennan region.
Voting on this resolution will end on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 19:35 UTC.
