Full title: Resolution #111: Conflict Between New and Old Resolutions
RECOGNIZING that as the number of resolutions submitted to the Kennan Regional Council increases rapidly, there becomes a greater chance of resolutions coming into conflict with each other,
WISHING to officially record that newer resolutions have precedence over older resolutions,
Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,
Voting on this resolution will end on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 23:30 UTC.
FOR: 2 (50%)
AGAINST: 2 (50%)
RECOGNIZING that as the number of resolutions submitted to the Kennan Regional Council increases rapidly, there becomes a greater chance of resolutions coming into conflict with each other,
WISHING to officially record that newer resolutions have precedence over older resolutions,
Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,
- DECLARES that in the event of a conflict between the terms of two separate resolutions, the terms of the newer resolution take precedence and only the terms of the older resolution that conflict with the newer resolution (clarifying: not the entire resolution) will be considered null and void.
