RECOGNIZING the ability of the Secretary of Administration to veto or automatically pass a resolution that has the vast majority of voters in favor of it and has been at vote for a considerable length of time,
BELIEVING that this power is beneficial to the region, as it allows resolutions to be passed more quickly,
FURTHER BELIEVING that this power is vaguely defined and in need of clarification,
Therefore, the Kennan Regional Council,
Voting on this resolution will end on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 23:36 UTC.

- DECLARES that the Secretary of Administration shall have the ability to close the voting period of a resolution under the following circumstances:
- At least half of the voting period has passed;
- At least two-thirds of Kennanite citizens (rounded down) have voted on the resolution.
- At least half of the voting period has passed;
Voting on this resolution will end on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 23:36 UTC.
