Alliances, nations, and peoples of Kennan, I am Alexander Deverion, Head of State of the Great Nation of Romaeas (Formerly Roma Duo) and the voice of the Romaean people in these dangerous times. Ever since the closing of the destructive Romaic Revolution, in which our nation was fragmented as the scheming, zealous Julians, the noble but misguided Proletarians, and the disgusting, barbaric Ortadeacans fought for control as other powers sponsored the pointless bloodshed, my guidance has aided the Romaean people in rising from the ashes and rebuilding our state to again challenge all those who would seek to defy us. Gone are the days of decadent socialism and idealistic pacifism, replaced by a desire by the people, and by me, to regain the status of empire we once held eons ago before the foreign hordes destroyed our great nation. As reconstruction continues I have sought to expand my people's influence throughout the region, and while going through old records left over by my.... leftist predecessor, Octavius Venerius, I found evidence of contact between our region and this one, some of which dates back to the beginning of the modern age. I am now seeking to reestablish that contact by establishing an embassy, for and run by the Romaean people, so that I may... gain insight into the workings of your own region, and your own peoples, and perhaps work with your nations should an opportunity present itself. Much has changed in Kelria since our governments last met- wars, revolutions, technologies, and far more, and I hope now to end this period of silence and to user in a new era of diplomacy between my nation and your region.

There indeed has been too long a period of silence between our peoples. I believe that our great nations have much to learn from each other, and I am excited at the possibilities of continued contact. The Kennan region is currently undergoing a rebirth of activity and cooperation. May we ride this wave of progress towards prosperity together.

Perhaps we should schedule a time to formally discuss the establishment of embassies? Other forms of contact could be put on the table, if it pleases you.

Greetings. This is Jeldas Meldenor, Commander of the Romaean Armed Forces and interim leader of the Romaean state in the wake of the death of Head of State Alexander Deverion. While looking through the old regime's files, I noticed Deverion made multiple attempts to contact your region, particularly the nation of Samukan. Probably looking for aid in his dreams of world conquest, the bastard- anyways, despite the fact that I have been working day and night to repair the damage caused by Deverion's insanity and to begin rebuilding the nation, I would agree with him that establishing content outside of the Kelrian continent is essential for ensuring a well-connected and dynamic state. Thus, my question is, would any nations in Kennan be interested in establishing a Romaean embassy within their borders? Said embassies will be self-sufficient, secure, and most importantly run by Romaean civilians, not military, and could aid the process of gradually reconciling the Romaean government and people with a world it was until recently threatening to entirely destroy. I hope you will consider my proposition, and thank you for your time.
