As chairman of the Kennan Union (KU), the main regional body of law will now have an official protocol for voting. When the time comes for the Kennan Union to vote on a punishment for a condemned nation, or something else that the KU is responsible for, all available members will go to a chat-room and conduct voting. Here is the official protocol as designated by the chairman of the Kennan Union:
PROTOCOL
PROTOCOL I: Prosecutor informs the chairman, founder, and WA Delegate that he/she is going to prosecute someone.
PROTOCOL II: The chairman sets up a thread and the court begins.
PROTOCOL III: On the designated date, all available members will vote, find the defendant innocent or guilty, if guilty, vote on a punishment.
PROTOCOL IV: The chairman will count the votes and the majority will rule. The court will be active for only 24 hours after the chairman, founder, and WA Delegate acknowledge the prosecution.
PROTOCOL V: Voting will end and the result will be transmitted via telegram to the WA Delegate and the Founder and then to Kennan on the Kennan Regional Message Board and the results will be put into effect.
RULES
I. Any nation that is inactive as defined by Resolution #39 will be removed from the Kennan Union for 7 days.
II. If you have been found guilty on one or more charges, you will be permanently ejected from the Kennan Union.
